Actually all I need is a day or two to just "sweat it out" and I'll be over it. I really don't like getting hooked on soda though.
In other news today I had the best grocery store day EVAR:
Yes, that DOES say that I spent $3.64 and saved $55.66 on my groceries at Publix.
Actually, I spent a bit more than that since I had some things to get at Walgreens too. But thanks to comboing competitor's coupons and manufacturer's coupons at Publix, I was able to get a lot of groceries for super cheap. Not cheap food either; we're talking Sorrento whole milk mozzarella cheese blocks, Sargento shredded cheese, Progresso soup, Bertolli pasta sauce, Silk almond milk... all things we really like and will use. We're currently set on pasta sauce for a few months. And cheese? Our fridge is FULL of cheese.
All in all I spent about $36 and came home with nearly $100 worth of groceries and drugstore goodies. (Joe's got shampoo for the rest of the year, and a new razor and extra cartridges!)
It is just amazing to me that we can buy so many groceries, and see our bank account not move very much at all. I swear I used to spend $40-$50 per WEEK on groceries and now I'm pushing it if I spend $30! This has gotten out of control and I love it. :)
